American Traveler, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Long Term Care setting in Missouri. Candidates should have 1+ year of PT experience in LTC or rehab; MO license is required if applicable.

New graduates with Level II clinical experience are welcome, and a professional reference is required for consideration. • Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required.
• LTC or Rehab setting experience required.
• MO state license required if applicable.
• New graduates accepted with Level II clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with PT needs in LTC settings.
• Develop and adjust individualized plans of care using standardized assessments.
• Administer treatments including manual techniques, gait training, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and other service providers.
• Communicate progress with supervisors and healthcare team; document in EHR.
• Supervise PT assistants and rehab aides as needed; participate in care conferences.
