13-week assignment with day shifts in LTC; no weekend or on-call requirements. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating movement dysfunctions, pain, and disability, and developing personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• TX or compact PT license required.
• License required if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, and disability.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
• Provide care in a warm, home-like LTC setting with patient-centered recovery goals.
