American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Physical Therapist for a skilled nursing facility/rehab setting. Requires MO license (compact accepted) and 1+ year PT experience in LTC or rehab. New grads with Level II clinical rotation may apply. One professional reference is required; license may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and treating patients, developing care plans, and documenting in the EHR. Travel and licensure reimbursements are offered.

Qualifications

• MO state license required or compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience in LTC or rehab setting.
• New grads may apply if Level II clinical rotation completed.
• One professional reference is required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in skilled nursing facility/long-term care rehab unit.
• Develop plans of care using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Provide treatments: manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, ambulation training, modalities.
• Document services in the electronic health record per standards.
• Participate in care conferences and required meetings; may supervise assistants/students.
• Adhere to APTA standards and state practice acts; handle RTO up to 7 days.
