Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Fife, Washington. The position requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts, and state licensing with BLS.

Start date is December 28, 2026, and prior experience is preferred (1 year), with 6 months considered for exceptional candidates. The PT will oversee PTAs, manage documentation, and collaborate with physicians to implement plans of care while adhering to state regulations and board rules.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience; 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates.
• BLS certification and state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with PT board rules and state regulations.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for care plans.
• Understand adaptive equipment.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care.
• Modify plan of care as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center systems to complete daily tasks.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation per guidelines.
