Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Mountlake Ter, WA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients, delivering high-quality care in a hospital or clinic setting with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state of Washington.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Willingness to travel and flexibility for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities.
• Assist with discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice.
