TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to cover a 13-week assignment in Snoqualmie, Washington. The PT will work 40 hours per week on 10-hour day shifts and manage evaluations, plan of care, and documentation in an acute care setting.

Requirements include 6 months of PT experience, BLS, and state-specific licensing; ABPTS may be required for some roles. This travel role involves supervising PTAs and collaborating with center staff.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of PT experience; new grads encouraged.
• Must have BLS certification and state-specific licensure.
• ABPTS certification may be required for some assignments.
• 2+ years of experience noted for some postings; confirm at assignment.”

Responsabilités

• Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians).
• Bill within the respective setting and comply with facility guidelines.
• Interface with physicians and medical center staff to plan care.
• Evaluate patients and create/modify plans of care as needed.
• Perform documentation per state and insurance requirements.
