Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Tumwater, WA. The PT will oversee therapy staff, develop and modify plans of care, and ensure billing and documentation accuracy while complying with state regulations.

Experience of 6–12 months is preferred; new grads encouraged. Must have BLS and state licensing to practice. Position offers a 13-week travel engagement with 40 hours per week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT with current state licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and handle patient care tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with Medical Center staff to plan care.
• Understand and use adaptive equipment as needed.
• Evaluate and modify plans of care based on patient condition.
• Use EMR systems for daily tasks and documentation.
