Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sarasota, FL. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and implement evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
- Implement therapy treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Maintain equipment and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive strategies.
- Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
