Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Bradenton, Florida. This travel role offers a 40-hour work week, with dayshift hours, and the opportunity to experience diverse patient settings while partnering with a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized rehab plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred; New Grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and exams to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Work with physicians, nurses and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
