Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Tamarac, Florida. The role offers 40 hours per week with days shift and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapy license and BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred, with experience welcomed for new grads. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualificações

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques
