Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role features a 13-week duration with 40 hours per week and 8-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or a Bachelor's with NPTE) from an accredited program, plus at least one year of experience and current CPR certification. License active or in process is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE completion.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program.
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient status, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and deliver skilled PT interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
