Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will assess referred patients, develop care plans, and deliver PT services with physician-guided goals during a 13-week travel assignment.

The role requires a Doctorate or equivalent, NPTE, accredited school graduation, CPR, and a valid PT license. Expect 40 hours weekly, 8-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits while traveling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
