Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The PT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy under physician direction.

Qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE, at least 1 year of experience, and current state licensure plus CPR certification. Comprehensive benefits are offered by MedPro.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and NPTE.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
