Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana, forecasted at 40 hours weekly with 8-hour shifts.

Qualified candidates will hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a PT degree with NPTE, have at least one year of experience, a current license or in progress, and CPR. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year of experience in the field.
• Current CPR certification and active state licensure or in-process licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Develop and administer a treatment plan with goals.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
