Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The PT will assess patients, develop a plan of care, and deliver therapy under physician direction.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Minimum one year's experience as a PT.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT services.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with goals according to physician orders.
• Document patient status and educate patients and families on therapy.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to plan patient care.
