Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 11-week assignment in Fair Oaks, CA. The role requires a current CA PT license and BLS certification, with a 40-hour work week, 8-hour days, and travel consideration across facilities.

The PT will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in CA
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Willingness to travel to assignment locations

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Operate PT equipment safely and effectively
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists to optimize care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy
