Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state licensure as a Registered PT or in process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and develop a plan of care for rehabilitation.
• Provide skilled PT services in accordance with physician orders.
• Evaluate and modify care to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan goals per patient.
