Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, AK. Begin 10/12/2026 with 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, in a facility setting. Valid PT license and BLS required; travel position with benefits and support from our clinical team.

Applicants with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply. Additional certifications may be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Administer therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
