Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. The PT will assess patients, develop plans of care, and provide therapy services 40 hours per week in dayshift, with a 9-hour shift.

The role requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's plus NPTE, an accredited school, and CPR certification, plus at least one year of experience and active licensure or in process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families on therapy methods.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate goals for each patient.
