The role requires a PT doctoral degree or PT bachelor's with NPTE, plus a year of experience and an active PT license or licensure in progress, along with CPR certification. Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a doctoral or equivalent PT degree and NPTE eligibility.
• Minimum one year of experience in physical therapy.
• Active state PT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT care.
• Develop and administer treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document patient status and outcomes, educate patients and families.
