Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Graduate from an accredited school
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state PT license or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals per physician orders
• Document patient condition and progress, educate patients and families
• Develop care plans and provide skilled PT interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals
