Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 27-week assignment in Mayfield, KY. The role includes evaluating patients, creating personalized rehab plans, and coordinating with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Start ASAP with 40 hours per week and a day-one benefits package. This travel position welcomes new graduates and offers ongoing support from a dedicated clinical team.

Formación

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and document progress.
