Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Paducah, Kentucky. This position offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and travel compensation. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS. Doctorate in PT is preferred, with new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop rehab plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Implement PT treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to coordinate care.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
