Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Paris, KY. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in hospital/clinic settings.

This role offers 40 hours per week, weeklong shifts, and travel benefits with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include a valid PT license and BLS, with Doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics.
