Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Calhoun, Kentucky. The role offers a 40-hour workweek, Day shifts, and comprehensive benefits with support from a clinical team.

Preferred candidates hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and have PT experience, though new graduates are welcome to apply. Licensure and BLS are mandatory to start and maintain patient care standards.

Competenze

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).

Mansioni

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and plan treatment.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Perform PT treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care.
