Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Lexington, KY. You will evaluate and treat patients across settings, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe, efficient recovery.

The role requires an active Physical Therapy license in the state, BLS, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Travel experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and support from our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients/caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, and prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
