Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Liberty Hill, TX. The PT will evaluate patients, develop and execute plans of care, and work with a multidisciplinary team in an acute care setting.

Active TX PT license and BLS are required. 6 months of travel or acute care experience is preferred; new grads may be considered with appropriate background.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred; 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates.
• License to practice physical therapy in Texas must be current.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop plan of care in acute care setting.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy staff as needed.
• Document and bill in the facility's system per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical center staff to coordinate care.
