Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Haskell, Texas. The PT will evaluate patients in the acute care setting, develop a plan of care, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective therapy.

This 13-week travel role requires the ability to stand/walk for long periods and manage documentation per state guidelines. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of PT experience (6 months accepted for exceptional cases) and must hold BLS and Texas

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of PT experience; new grads welcome.
• BLS certification and state-specific licensing required.
• Licensed as Physical Therapist in Texas or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop a plan of care for acute care settings.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapy plans.
• Supervise support staff and document care per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with state PT board rules and facility policies.
