Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Granite City, IL. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to improve mobility and reduce pain while working within a collaborative clinical team.

The role requires an active Physical Therapy license and BLS certification, with a Doctorate preferred. New grads are welcome; travel benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and patient goals.
Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Operate and calibrate PT equipment safely and effectively.
Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
