Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy in Folsom, PA is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment. You will evaluate, treat, and support patients across hospital and rehab settings while enjoying a structured clinical team and travel-friendly benefits.

Start date is 10/12/2026; shift is 8 hours, days, with 40 hours per week. Eligible candidates hold a valid PT license and BLS certification; new grads welcome, possible doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
