Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Macomb, IL. The position is 40 hours per week with day shifts, starting 10/12/2026, offering competitive pay and full traveler support.

Your responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, developing rehab plans, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with the care team to promote safe, effective recovery. Licensure and BLS are required; a PT doctorate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; licensure/tel may vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care.
