Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hagerstown, MD. You’ll work 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift, delivering evidence-based care across hospital and rehab settings and joining a supportive clinical team.

Candidates must hold a valid PT license, BLS, and ideally a Doctorate in Physical Therapy; new grads welcome. Travel flexibility and strong communication are valued as you help patients regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• New graduates welcome to apply and considered for the position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other staff for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
