Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Upper Marlboro, MD. Start ASAP with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires an active PT license and BLS certification; new grads are welcome and travel pay with support is provided. Travel PTs work across hospitals and clinics, delivering evidence-based therapies and ensuring patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and outcomes.
