Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in White Plains, Maryland. The role requires evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering skilled rehabilitation services for a 13-week journey with 40 hours per week and daytime shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT or a BPT with NPTE, is licensed or pursuing licensure, and has at least one year of experience. Travel housing support, benefits, and credentialing coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for PT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per physician orders.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in PT methods.
• Develops a plan of care and provides skilled PT services per physician orders, collaborating with the care team.
