Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Berlin, MD. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop patient-specific plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing therapy plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on home programs. This role requires a state license, BLS, and strong clinical skills to deliver safe care across settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, examinations, and history to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance and professional development.
