MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Hesperia, California. The role involves comprehensive rehab assessment, direct patient care, and development of a tailored plan of care.

Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, plus a current PT license and CPR certification. The assignment is 13 weeks at 40 hours weekly with an 8-hour shift.

Formación

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure

Responsabilidades

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develop plans of care and provide skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
