Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sonora, California. The role requires PT licensure, a Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, and NPTE passage with at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care and provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
