The position is a 13-week travel contract with 40 hours per week and day shifts. Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE, accreditation, CPR, and current or in-process licensure.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy with NPTE.
• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state PT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
