Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. in St. Cloud, Minnesota seeks warm and razor-smart Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to provide psychiatric consultations in nursing homes.

This travel-based role combines in-person visits at assigned facilities with telehealth services across Minnesota. Qualifications

• MSN required and NP license in good standing.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout Minnesota for in-person nursing home visits.
• Comfortable providing care through both in-person and telehealth modalities.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned nursing homes throughout Minnesota to provide in-person psychiatric consultations and patient care.
• Conduct psychiatric consultations and follow-up appointments through both in-person visits and telehealth.
• Work closely and collaboratively with nursing home staff, residents, families, and other members of the care team.
• Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of interventions.
• Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff on psychiatric best practices.
• Round at assigned nursing homes and provide psychiatric medication and treatment recommendations.
• Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking warm and razor-smart Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with entrepreneurial spirits to provide psychiatric consultations in nursing homes. This is a travel-based role that combines in-person visits at assigned nursing facilities with telehealth services. Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout Vermont to provide in-person patient care while also conducting consultations and follow-ups via telehealth.

Requirements

• Comfortable providing care through both in-person and telehealth modalities
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic
• Prolonged sitting. Computer work including keyboard and mouse use for extended periods. Lifting/moving patients.
