Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a collaborative, data-driven Travel Manager to lead and continuously improve our corporate travel program in Melbourne, FL. You will own the travel policy, supplier strategy, travel technology, compliance, reporting and savings, partnering with finance, procurement and business leaders to ensure a safe, efficient traveler experience.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in corporate travel management, plus strong analytical and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain or related field required.
• Five+ years of corporate travel management or managed-spend program experience.
• Experience with Concur Travel or similar booking tool including policy configuration and reporting.
• Strong budgeting, spend analysis and management reporting skills.
• Negotiation and contract-management experience with travel suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead travel program and policy, including booking channels and supplier strategy.
• Analyze data from Concur, TMCs, and GL to identify trends and savings opportunities.
• Create dashboards and scorecards for spend, policy compliance, adoption and savings.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations and performance management for travel suppliers.
• Manage Concur Travel and related systems, settings and data quality.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounting, AP, Procurement and HR to align processes.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on travel policy and procedures.
• Develop annual travel budget and savings roadmap and forecasted savings.
• Monitor industry developments and update the program as needed.
• Resolve traveler-service issues balancing safety, cost and continuity.
