Job summary

Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a collaborative Travel Manager to lead and improve our corporate travel program. You’ll own policy, supplier strategy, technology, compliance, reporting and measurable savings, partnering with Treasury, Accounting, Procurement and business leaders to strengthen controls and traveler experience.

The role requires five+ years in corporate travel management, policy configuration with Concur Travel, and strong budgeting and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with strong business acumen.
• Experience with corporate travel management and policy configuration.
• Proven ability to analyze spend, measure savings, and report results.
• Supplier negotiation and contract-management experience with travel suppliers.
• Knowledge of travel policy, expense controls, and duty-of-care practices.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder-influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead travel program and policy, including booking channels, preferred suppliers, approvals and compliance.
• Analyze data from Concur Travel, TMCs and general ledger to identify trends, issues and savings opportunities.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for travel spend, policy compliance and realized savings.
• Lead sourcing, negotiations and management of travel suppliers and TMCs.
• Run travel agency evaluations and RFPs; define requirements and provider transitions.
• Administer Concur Travel and related systems, manage policy settings and reporting.
