Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business User Acceptance Testing Lead for the Travel Product team to own UAT strategy and execution across web and mobile releases. You will design practical test approaches, communicate with stakeholders, and drive issues to resolution through release and post-production validation.

Qualifications include 5+ years total experience with 3+ years QA, Bachelor's degree, and experience with Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Jira, and Confluence. Banking/finance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of total professional experience, including QA
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience testing web and mobile apps (Android/iOS)
• Experience with functional test automation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber)
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work and meet timelines
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex testing efforts across cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align testing scope and release readiness
• Create and execute end-to-end UAT plans for web and mobile experiences
• Design business use cases and translate into executable test scenarios and scripts
• Coordinate test data setup and data conditioning for reliable execution
• Execute testing in an Agile delivery environment and support iterative releases
• Identify, document, and track defects and risks, driving to closure
• Manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail
• Provide structured status updates on progress, dependencies and decisions
