Job summary

RampRamp is seeking a Product Operations Specialist for the Travel product to build and scale workflows that simplify business travel, from booking to expense automation, while ensuring reliability and policy compliance. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and external travel partners to translate feedback into actionable roadmap priorities and operational improvements.

You will own the operational health of meaningful parts of the Travel experience, use data to identify

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product operations, product management, or similar roles in B2B SaaS/fintech.
  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from problem to measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven sizing of opportunities.
  • Experience translating feedback into clear product requirements.
  • Track record solving recurring customer or operational issues.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, complex environments with clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Own voice-of-customer loop for Travel by capturing and prioritizing feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate insights into requirements and roadmap.
  • Build product analytics to improve adoption, policy compliance, and traveler experience.
  • Own launch operations for new Travel features from alpha to GA.
  • Ship improvements using AI and low-code tools to reduce friction quickly.
  • Design scalable operating systems for escalation, release readiness, and internal comms.
  • Automate manual processes to scale with consistent, reliable outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with travel partners and vendors; monitor performance.
  • Become SME for TravelCX and connect pain points to solving teams.
