Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking crew members to assist the foreman with pole inspection, treatment, and restoration. Travel throughout the region is required, with bonuses included in the hourly pay based on weekly production.

No prior experience required and drug-free workplace enforced. Responsibilities include safe operation, digging holes, applying preservatives, and maintaining productivity while performing duties on a travel-based schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be willing to travel for short or extended periods.
• Must maintain a consistent attendance record and be available Mon-Sat.
• Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a safe and efficient manner using required safety equipment.
• Hand dig 18-inch holes around utility poles.
• Apply wood preservatives to pole ground line areas.
• Maintain productivity and quality of work per job norms.
• Operate company vehicle if applicable and qualified.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman.
• Intensive manual labor is required.
