Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, stock and clean workstations, and accurately handle payments. You will prepare and serve food, ensure food safety and labeling, and support daily operations across travel plazas.

Flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required. This role offers growth within a bustling, values-driven environment and exposure to a wide range of brands in the plaza.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers at the welcome centers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure food safety and proper handling, labeling, dating, and stocking of products.
• Prepare and serve food and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered in the plaza.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
