Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service to travelers and customers across our plaza locations. You will handle cash at the POS, assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support in stocking and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Previous cash handling or point-of-sale experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and plaza customers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food and handle kitchen tasks as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining brand standards and safety procedures.
• Cross-sell and upsell products where appropriate.
• Maintain product knowledge and support team goals.
