Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service to travelers at our plazas. You will handle food and beverage preparation, stock and maintain clean workstations, and operate the POS to process payments accurately.

A friendly, energetic approach helps you upsell products while meeting safety and brand standards. Responsibilities include cooking, wrapping, labeling, temperature checks, and maintaining product knowledge across the plaza

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments accurately, follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Follow brand standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
