Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to deliver exceptional service to travelers, perform food preparation and service, and process transactions at the point-of-sale. The role involves stocking, cleaning, and maintaining safe, high-quality products in a fast-paced plaza setting.

Applicants should be comfortable standing for long periods and working flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and guests.
• Operate the POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products while maintaining brand standards.
