Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers seeks a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain clean, stocked areas, process payments, and assist in food preparation across our plazas.

You will engage travelers, operate the POS, and follow safety, brand standards, and company policies. The role requires physical stamina, lifting up to 40 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to engage with travelers in a positive, helpful manner.
• Comfort with handling payments and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Thoroughly clean and stock stations; assist in food preparation and service.
• Process payments accurately and follow cash handling policies.
• Stock, sanitize, and maintain workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of available products and services in the plaza.
