Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring a Team Member to provide friendly customer service, operate the POS, prepare and serve food, and keep the plaza clean and stocked.

You’ll work with a team, follow food safety standards, and contribute to a fast-paced service environment with flexible scheduling. This role supports travelers and guests across multiple brands, with opportunities to grow through core programs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and service procedures.
• Prepare, serve, and wrap food items with proper labeling and dating.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Assist with kitchen-related tasks (prep, thawing, cooking, packaging).
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
